You are required to login / register as a user on this website in order to submit tickets. Other users cannot see support tickets posted by you, and you can’t see theirs, so feel free to be as detailed in your descriptions as possible. Be sure to include your contact information (phone / email / perhaps even your name?) in the notes area of your support ticket.
