Start the process by giving us a call at (210) 771-7075 and let us know you are interested in CLEAR WiMAX. You can also reach us by email at lee@wimaxsatx.com .    We can set up an appointment to meet with you at your location, at a time that works best for you. If you are interested in home internet service, we will be able to determine if your address is in the current CLEAR WiMAX coverage area.

At the appointment date and time, we will bring our equipment to your location to make sure that you can receive a good signal. Depending on whether you are interested in home service, mobile service, or both, we will set up and test all CLEAR equipment. If your home location is not a good match for WiMAX service, you may still be interested in mobile WiMAX service, depending on the geographic locations you think you would use it.

If everything checks out, and you are interersted in signing up with CLEAR WiMAX, we will be able to get you signed up on the spot, or we can come back at another time. We will have all NEW equipment with us, which would allow you to sign up, and start using the service right away.

We Get You Set Up

Once you’ve decided that WiMAX is something you want, and eventually sign up, we’ll set up your equipment for you. We won’t leave you stranded, and will make sure everything is working to your satisfaction. You can purchase your own router, or we can provide one of our favorites to you with a very low mark up.

We’ll also check out additional equipment to be used on your new network and help you get it set up if needed. We want to make sure that all the ways you plan on using your new CLEAR WiMAX service and equipment are working for you. We do this at no additional charge, unless you purchase extra equipment from us, or we perform services that are not associated with the initial install of your WiMAX service.
